Well known Government Department looking for an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to develop a leadership development program that focuses on basic management skills for public sector managers, and other leadership development capability in a regionally disparate workforce.
**Responsibilities**
- Supporting the development and implementation of the Queensland Government leadership competency framework, including implementation workshops and associated materials
- Supporting the development and implementation of a targeted leadership development program, as well as specific competency training
- Developing, managing and reporting on online deliverables for training programs and undertaking end-to-end analysis (learning needs and training modules) as needed, while contributing to in-house learning design
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of new multimedia and design training tools, technologies and trends to ensure currency of development modules
**Selection criteria**
- Minimum 3 years L&D experience
- Government experience preferred otherwise professional services.
- Thinks critically and acts on the broader purpose of the system
- Demonstrate strong skills, knowledge and expertise in training design, delivery, and evaluation
- Pursues opportunities for growth through agile learning, and development of self-awareness
