**The Position**

Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you will play a key role in the design of digital learning experiences to support initiatives within the organisation and across the Human Resources team. Your role will focus on the design and development of multimedia resources, modules and other learning pathways for delivery within the company’s online learning management systems. You will also maintain the learning platform, it’s content and advise on contemporary practice around digital learning solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coach and support key talent/roles through engaging with leaders and users to enhance system understanding and usage;
- Encourage organisational learning approaches and create new ideas based on contemporary best practice and organizational improvement and create strategic objectives for divisions to understand the linkages between all areas in the organisation;
- Deliver digital learning products and processes which are well researched and align to expected business outcomes;
- Leverage available data and analytics to provide strategic and operational insights to relevant stakeholders;
- Ensure learning projects and initiatives are prioritized and implemented within project plan timeframes and budgets.

**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in working with learning teams across a variety of learning experiences, tools and digital technology;
- Extensive experience in systems administration of Learning Management Platforms and customer centered organizational design practices;
- Tertiary qualifications or demonstrated professional experience in adult learning principles, and an understanding of educational leadership and education policy;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to successfully identify core issues, develop solutions and implement these using a logical and systematic approach.
