We also develop new and innovative ICT procurement processes and strategies that help the department to engage the supply market in flexible and agile ways, for example, Proof of Concepts through to project delivery.
Information Technology Branch helps deliver on TMR's vision by being a trusted partner, guiding and providing innovative, reliable, and secure ICT solutions accessible to everyone. In the role of Manager Strategic Sourcing, you will have the opportunity to lead the department's centre of excellence in relation to end-to end ICT procurement.

**While in the role your accountabilities will include**:

- Lead and implement the continuous improvement of TMRs ICT procurement governance framework to optimise strategic outcomes
- Actively manage individual and team performance and provide supportive leadership to develop a sustainable and capable ICT procurement workforce that is customer focussed and agile
- Develop, implement and manage strategic procurement projects to support business objectives, benefits realisation and pro-actively manage risk working with the business
- Actively manage, develop, consult and negotiate challenging and complex internal and external stakeholder relationships, including internal clients, suppliers, industry, peer organisations and public sector bodies

**About you**:
You are an expert in leading a team of professionals that are part of the departments centre of excellence in relation to end-to-end ICT Procurement within TMR. You're driven, committed and passionate about what you do. You're authentic and practical in your approach to design, develop and implement innovative ICT procurement processes. You are strategic and solutions focussed, and work alongside managers and leaders to effectively minimise or manage risk, maximise value for money and build procurement capability across the department.
