Lead a diverse HR Services team
- CBD based (hybrid working)
- 10 Month Contract

This large, values-based education provider has a broad HR operational leadership opportunity to step into whilst the current Manager is on maternity leave.

Reporting to the Director, P&C and leading a diverse, sizeable team, you will be accountable for leading and directing the delivery of quality advice, support and assistance on a broad range of people & culture issues. Working across this matrix structured organisation with a wide range of stakeholders, you and your team will provide advice on a broad range of on activities around recruitment, employee relations, payroll and P&C Services with activities including:

- Leading and developing the team to ensure timely, responsive, and proactive HR services to leaders across the business
- Leading the evaluation of organisational progress in transitioning to new operating models
- Overseeing the talent acquisition strategy in consultation with the TA Team Leader
- Providing advice around the EBA
- Generating operation advice, analysis and reports to the Director, P&C to present to the Executive Leadership team and the Board
- Identifying ways of improving people & culture practices and processes and work with appropriate stakeholders to implement change
- Leading the development of new and existing policies and procedures

Tertiary qualified, you are an experienced HR generalist with a background in leading operational HR teams. Your experience has been gained from working across large, complex organisations and you have strong relationship and stakeholder management skills and a proactive approach. You have advanced knowledge of the Australian regulatory environment and are experienced in negotiating and consulting on EA’s, and you can point to your experience partnering with leaders supporting change management initiatives.
