**About the Opportunity**

The Learning Systems and Compliance Specialist will work closely with the broader Capability & Learning Team and across the RACV Group to promote a culture of continuous learning, particularly in Learning Management Systems, compliance learning management and the delivery of digital learning experiences.

As the Learning Systems and Compliance Specialist you’ll be responsible for regular and ongoing maintenance, updates to the latest version and continuing to make all learning systems connect seamlessly. You will also be responsible for establishing, managing and reporting on the RACV Group Compliance Learning framework.

Reporting to the Group Learning Experience Manager the Learning Systems and Compliance Specialist focuses in managing Learning Systems reporting that provides required information to various stakeholders; whilst ensuring that regular reporting requests are implemented as dashboards to build self-serve capabilities

You will be working with Internal Comms teams & Business Partners to ensure any large
- scale changes and updates (e.g., new Compliance courses) are communicated in an accurate manner with little to no impact on users.

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Proven experience developing a strategic Learning Management Systems Roadmap
- Management of Learning Management System (LMS) platforms _(essential)_
- Experience developing a compliance learning skills matrix aligned to job families
- Experience in e-Learning content design and/or adult learning _(preferred)_
- Experience partnering with stakeholders to create seamless digital learning experiences
- Implementation and management of Learning Management System (LMS) platforms
