Learning Systems Specialist

**The opportunity**:
We have a great opportunity for a Learning Systems Specialist to join Bupa. This role will have a strong focus on system optimisation, continuous improvement and strategic direction on Bupa’s Learning Management System (Docebo known as ‘Bupa Learn’).
This includes identifying and recommending improvements in processes and procedures to enable the enhancement of the user experience.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity with hybrid work arrangements.
**How will I help?**
- Identify and communicate existing system functionalities that will optimise the user experience and partner with the business to drive greater system adoption
- Continually look to identify and recommend improvements in processes and procedures to enable the enhancement of the user and administration experience
- Develop and maintain relationships with embedded learning and development teams across the market unit, ensuring that they are aware of key system improvements and have the opportunity to share feedback from their businesses
- Collaborate with the Global Centre UK-based teams to manage interface settings, review new system functionality and to ensure that there is alignment with local governance frameworks and digital standards
- Lead the administration of prescriptive rules, audience lists and content configuration and ensure that data correctly integrates with external platforms, including Workday
- Lead the creation and management of reporting and dashboards, liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure they are fit-for-purpose and accessible by required individuals
- Manage the development of user guides, system documentation and process maps

**What do I need?**
- Tertiary qualifications in Technology or Human Resources or equivalent experience
- Previous LMS experience in a large organisation
- Experience in working with an LMS in an organisation using Workday
- Ability to quickly understand system architecture, design and interfaces across key systems used in HR and learning
- Previous experience using Docebo
- Process mapping, work instruction drafting and process improvement experience is beneficial
- Experience participating in change initiatives
