**About the role**:
The role of the Head of Sales is to coach, mentor and develop the sales team to continue to grow as Digital Marketing experts.
The team is made up of seven dedicated Sales Consultants who want to give their clients the best digital analysis for their business growth objectives.
A lot of our client enquires already have another organisation providing marketing support and are keen to see how we can make it better.
**What's involved?**
Working closely with our CEO you will have monthly targets and incentives in place with uncapped commissions.
Your role spans from pitching, closing and ends with handing over the clients to our marketing team once signed.
We only work with warm leads and we are selective with the business we bring on, quality over quantity
We are an innovative, social and driven team who want to achieve the best results possible. We are looking for someone with experience in Marketing and Sales, strong knowledge across social platforms and successful management experience.
**Must have**:
- 5 years+ of experience in sales and digital marketing
- 2 years+ experience in sales team management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of internal and external parties
- Ability to create, communicate and present successful marketing strategies
- Base Salary + uncapped commission package
