**About the role**:
We're currently expanding our leadership team and looking to hire an experienced individual to lead our Marketing department.
This is a new opportunity to work closely with our CEO & Head of Performance who currently look after this area, so we can scale our own Marketing.
**About you**:
We are looking for a strong senior marketer with excellent digital marketing capability & leadership skills, to head up a team of 6 incredibly enthusiastic and driven individuals who are keen to progress and succeed.
We are looking for a leader who isn't afraid to get on the tools and test different strategies with our own marketing, whilst also being an excellent leader with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and people development. The team within this business are go getters who love to be pushed. You must be an innovator and love to be in the know with everything digital.
It's important for this individual to be a digital marketing expert across paid ads and with a strong marketing foundation of at least 5 years.
**What’s involved?**
The role will involve improving Megaphone's Marketing and innovating our marketing offering, which will ultimately improve our client results.
You will work closely with our head of performance and oversee the marketing. You will manage the internal marketing team of 6 people including content creators, designers, copywriters and social media marketers.
**Must have**:
3+ years experience running paid campaigns
2+ years of experience running marketing campaigns
2+ years of experience in management
