**What will you be doing?**

The Group Financial Reporting Manager plays a key role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy and consistency of Novatti's financial reporting. This hands-on position leads group reporting activities and guides the finance team to deliver with confidence and precision. The role is responsible for driving improvements that strengthen reporting frameworks, streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency across the business.

As a trusted partner, the Group Financial Reporting Manager supports Novatti's subsidiaries and wider teams with the implementation of new accounting standards and the financial assessment of significant business initiatives. The role contributes to a culture of momentum, ownership, evolution and connection, shaping how Novatti reports, collaborates and grows.

Importantly, in this role, you will:

- Lead the preparation of statutory and ASX financial reports, including the Group's Annual Report, Appendix 4C, 4D and 4E.
- Prepare technical accounting papers on acquisitions, divestments, share-based payments and key management personnel.
- Ensure full compliance with IFRS, relevant accounting standards, ASX Listing Rules and the Corporations Act.
- Coordinate and support external audits, including preparing papers for the Audit and Risk Committee.
- Maintain and continuously improve accounting policies to align with current standards.
- Strengthen and oversee internal controls to ensure they are effective, consistent and reflect best practice.
- Lead the refresh of Balance Sheet Reconciliations as part of financial governance, identifying and implementing opportunities to improve processes and reconciliation practices.
- Collaborate closely with the finance team to share knowledge, develop capability and build collective expertise.
- CA or CPA qualified accounting professional with experience gained in an accounting practice.
- Strong technical accounting expertise and a deep understanding of reporting standards.
- Advanced analytical and numerical capability, combined with a strong sense of accountability.
- Proven experience in preparing consolidated financial statements, accounting for share-based payments, acquisitions and divestments, managing multi-currency consolidations, uplifting and improving the financial close process, advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to systems such as NetSuite and Accurri is highly regarded but not essential.
