We're partnering with a leading business to find a talented Financial Reporting Manager who can drive financial performance and deliver high-impact financial insights.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of financial reporting and analysis. You'll work closely with senior leadership to deliver insightful financial analysis and support strategic decision-making. Please note, this role is full time on site.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

- Lead monthly group consolidation and management reporting

- Support senior leadership with real-time financial analysis

- Drive budgeting and forecasting for designated business units

- Develop financial models and business cases

- Oversee statutory reporting and compliance

- Mentor junior finance team members

About You

You're a strategic thinker with a strong financial background. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy driving change.

What You'll Bring

- CA/CPA qualification with 5+ years' experience in accounting

- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Project management and strategic planning capabilities
- Understanding of agribusiness and supply chain operations (preferred)

- Willingness to travel to regional sites as required
