**Job Summary**

- In this role, you will:

- Provide support to the Registry team in solving operational and assessment issues
- Use your analytical, research and problem-solving skills to develop improvements and solutions to system, processes, and procedures
- Assist in implementing legislative and regulatory reforms

**Position details**
- The position is responsible for developing improvements to processes, supporting analysts by answering complex queries, and analysing and assessing certificate creations to ensure the created certificates are valid. It includes undertaking research and analysis on various issues relating to the Victorian Energy Upgrades program.

**This is a fixed term position until 20 May 2026. The work location for this position is 570 Bourke Street, Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.**

- Making regulatory decisions with respect to prescribed industries (including price determinations, licensing, customer protection and access disputes).

- Administering the Victorian Energy Upgrades program.
