We’re looking for a
Capacity Lead Analyst
to join our Client Delivery team within Enterprise Business. In this high-impact role, you’ll ensure that Optus’ IT services meet performance and capacity requirements—today and into the future. From analysing utilisation trends to producing reports that inform key infrastructure decisions, this role is essential in maintaining service health, avoiding incidents, and delivering an exceptional experience for some of our most strategic clients.
**Your Day-to-Day**:
Monitor, analyse, and report on service performance and utilisation metrics, identifying risks and improvement opportunities across voice, data, and video services.
Create and deliver accurate monthly capacity and performance reports, ensuring compliance with client contracts and governance standards.
Collaborate with engineering, delivery teams, and vendors to troubleshoot capacity anomalies and support technical resolution.
Provide capacity input to new projects and proactively support future growth through medium
- to long-term planning.
Maintain process documentation and contribute to audits, reviews, and continual service improvement initiatives
**What We're Looking For**:
3+ years’ experience in Capacity Management, Planning, or Performance Analytics within a managed services or ICT environment.
Strong understanding of ITIL Capacity Management processes (ITIL 4 Foundation certification highly regarded).
Proven track record in analysing complex data sets and generating meaningful capacity and trend reports.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills across internal teams, vendors, and enterprise clients.
Technical understanding of voice, data, and video networks, with the ability to translate technical metrics into business insights.
Confident working independently, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
