Our mindset fosters innovation and creates strong, lasting customer relationships as we strive to be the most customer centric company in Australia and New Zealand - In the role of** Lead Analyst - Cyber Response** **_you_** will join the Cyber Response team that’s doubling down on **_customer obsession._** - **In this Lead Analyst role, you will**: - Respond to cyber-security threats, vulnerabilities, events and incidents. - Provide day-to-day technical expertise, operational leadership, mentoring, and escalation for Cyber Security Analysts. - Act as technical lead during major security incidents. - Own and drive improvement in the team’s capability, including operational maturity, detection strategies, mitigation strategies, and participating in purple teaming activities. - Drive continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team. - Support internal stakeholders and projects as required. **We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**: - Hands on technical experience who thrives under pressure. - Extensive experience in incident response, threat hunting and forensic analysis. - The ability to translate complex cyber threats and risks into clear business impacts. - Experience with cloud security tools and understanding of Azure, GCP, AWS or equivalent technologies will set you apart. - You will hold tertiary qualifications preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security or a related field.
