**Job Description**:
We are a team of data analysts that partner closely with engineering and product to track and analyse our customers and merchant interactions and performance with some of our new products. We dive into the data to deliver material outcomes to our revenue. This is a perfect opportunity for a seasoned data analyst who has a natural ability to see trends and a curiosity to look for the drivers. **You will**:

- Work closely with the Product leads to understand their business insights needs, being the key analytics lead for a product domain
- Design and conduct analyses and reports to provide insights at scale that support growth and profitability strategies
- Develop a formalised process to identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, empower informed decision making for stakeholders
- Provide guidance to the junior team members
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests
- Isolate, identify and communicate data issues and own data quality for the analyses and reports produced

**Qualifications**:

- Quantitative background in statistics, mathematics, computer science, business/commerce or related disciplines
- 5+ years of experience in data & analytics
- Strong background in a either Python or SQL
- Experience with a data visualisation tool (e.g. Tableau, Looker)
- Strong problem solving and analytics skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience with large data sets and distributed computing (Hive/Hadoop) is a plus
