Our client is a private investment firm offering non-pooled Mortgage and Property Investment Schemes. The organisation has had a very successful history and continuues to support investors with wealth creation, with a low-medium risk portfolio.

About the Position

This role is responsible for the procuration and management of investors who invest in our clients fund portfolio. The individual will work closely with both existing clients and will also build a strategy to procure new inestors. Other responsibilities include:

- Monitor and analyse growth and service of the investor base for our clients funds. Identify and implement corrective activity where performance gaps exist within budgeted targets
- Design, implement and monitor an investment marketing and business plan to ensure broader business objectives are met
- Maximising the visibility of the business by actively and positively promoting the company at public events
- Procure new investors and referral sources to invest in our clients Funds
- Monitoring of aged investor balances to ensure funds are invested within 90 days and withdrawals
- Issuing investment offers to investors which meet each investor appetite

About You
- Demonstrated experience in roles requiring growth and retention of a customer base
- Demonstrated experience in investor relationship roles including business development
- Highly developed selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills with proven experience selling in a consultative business environment
- Experience and track record engaging prospects with a consultative sales approach
- Must be articulate with strong writing and presentation skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience with Social and Digital selling techniques
- Able to work under stress and handle multiple critical priorities
- Very strong work ethic with “can do, roll up sleeves to figure it out” attitude
