Head of ESG Integration, Responsible Investment

Cbus is seeking an innovative, positive, senior leader with strong stakeholder management experience and excellent analytical and communication skills to collaborate and lead the next chapter of Cbus' ESG Integration program.

This role provides a unique opportunity for a strategic thinker to flex their educator and motivator skills within a dynamic environment.

Your success will stem from;
- Demonstrated circa 15+ years' experience working with institutional investors, via direct superannuation fund experience or as an investment manager or consultant.
- Ability to drive change management with a pragmatic approach.
- Strong alignment with the Cbus RI approach.
- Evidence of working in a cross-functional team where collaboration, constructive feedback, ability to evolve and respond to stakeholder input is key.
- A deep appreciation and understanding of the potential impacts of ESG issues at a company/asset, asset-class and whole of fund level.
