What is the role?
Applications are sought from suitably qualified applicants wishing to be considered for the role of Property Operations Officer.
Under the Chief Financial Officer's portfolio, Property Operations, is responsible for proactively delivering property management services and activities to the AFP using modern practices.
The team is looking for a person with high attention to detail and a customer centric attitude to deliver and support the overall objectives of the team. The role reports to the Team Leader.
As a Team Member in the AFP you will be required to contribute to the achievement of outcomes in accordance with the regulatory framework, the AFP Code of Conduct and the AFP Governance Instruments. It is expected that the successful applicant will deliver on the core responsibilities and meet any requirements of the position as outlined below.
What will you do?
The Property Operations Team, delivers customer focused services in accommodation and facilities management, minor building projects and relocations nationally across all AFP locations.

Monitoring and actioning requests from the team inbox, these include
Corrigo maintenance requests
EBB parking requests (Executive parking allocations)
Café/BBQ and foyer booking requests
Relocations assistant (small team moves and Block and Stack)
Assisting with the facilitation and delivery of team projects
Provide adhoc administrative assistance to support team tasks
Work effectively in a small team environment
Essential Requirements
You must be an Australian Citizen.
A Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Desirable Requirements
The following skills and/or experience would be highly regarded:
Highly effective Microsoft Office skills, in particular Microsoft Excel.
