Your key duties will include:

- Ensure smooth running and efficient management of front office, administration, property management and sales office
- Supervise and offer ongoing support, guidance to Administrator/Receptionist, marketing and sales support duties
- Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
- Co-ordination of events and meeting management for the office
- To conduct and ensure compliance for HR, payroll, sales settlements, trust accounts and general accounting (as specified by the Licensee)
- Action client invoices and supplier payments
- Maintain Office Licence, Compliance and Policy and Procedures
- Calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external parties, to coordinate a variety of tasks/appointments and meetings

To be successful in this highly critical role, you will ideally demonstrate:

- A high level of initiative, organisation and time management skills
- Professional communication both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Have an energetic and enthusiastic personality and be looking for diversity in a role
- Be a team player who can work well under pressure
- Corporate, professional presentation

Skills and Experience:

- Four years experience in an administration/management role
- Efficient and have a high attention to detail
- Competent computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Value a work/family balance
