**About the Client and Role**

Our client is a pioneer in their marketplace in one of the most exciting feature-rich computational engineering software domains globally that is growing at a rapid rate. Within Australia and Internationally, their presence and specialty in high computational engineering is extraordinary. This role has direct line reporting to C-Suite for their Core Systems which include Backend, Front End and the Algorithms/Data teams.

**Experience**
- Experience in managing multiple teams and managing other Team Leads
- Prior experience in designing, building, and maintaining complex systems. This role will involve collaborating with technical experts to assess the decisions and is not a hands-off role.
- Experience in continuous improvement processes such as root cause analysis, gap analysis establishing skill and technology requirements
- Experience in evaluating and assessing third party platforms for build-vs-buy decisions and ability to define trade offs involved.
- A strong customer focus and experience in working with external stakeholders
- Degree in engineering, computer science or relevant field
- Experience in one or more of: 3D visualization, machine learning, data analysis, enterprise platforms and cloud solutions.
