Strange Company is a small bar in Fremantle that takes inspiration from the great cocktail, food and wine bars around the world, current and historic, to recraft a quality Western Australian hospitality experience for both the local community and visiting guests.

Highly regarded as one of Western Australia’s best bars, Strange Company caters to a wide demographic with a curated food and drinks offering of great quality, and focus on local produce and affable, educated service.

We are looking to employ an additional Assistant Manager to join our tight knit management team and help take the venue to the next level.

The must haves about you
- a love of the hospitality industry
- attentive customer service
- exceptional communication skills
- a desire to contribute and lead
- self-motivation
- hands-on approach to management
- sound knowledge of Modern Australian and Mediterranean food
- broad understanding of beverages (Cocktails, Wine, Beer, Spirits and Non-Alc)
- Western Australian approved managers certification (Red Card)
- 2 years experience in a similar role

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
