A rare opportunity has become available for a committed Patient Coordinator/Receptionist to join their team.

Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
- Managing patient payments, invoicing, inpatient hospital billings
- PA support to the Surgeon
- Running patient clinics and theatre bookings
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, including couriers
- Daily banking and reconciliations
- Surgery quotations and follow ups
- Ordering of special equipment for surgeries
- Superior communication skills and professional approach
- Proactive self-starter able to work autonomously
- Organised and able to multi task
- Demonstrates high standards with the desire to continuously improve
- Resourceful and creative problem solver
- Accountability and patient focused
- Genie software an advantage
