**About the Opportunity**:
The Brand Activation Specialist role involves collaborating with the broader team to support the development and execution of activities across the TTI brand portfolio. Tasks will directly impact brand awareness, customer engagement, and overall sales for the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop best in class creative activation output with focus on innovation and impact. Overseeing initiatives, from ideation to post-completion reporting.
- Manage all in-store, on-site & event activation requirements such as point of sale.
- Provide operational support to the Sales Operations Team and key stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
- Responsible for forecasting, and on-going non-inventory management ensuring availability and operational costs in line with budget.
- Analyse the ROI and effectiveness of all implemented initiatives.

**About you**:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or Visual Merchandising.
- An effective project manager with strong attention to detail, can work with mínimal supervision and provide clear, concise status updates.
- Creative thinker and can manage the creative process from end-to-end.
- A team player. You have exceptional interpersonal skills and can work with a variety of stakeholders.
- Available to travel across Australia & New Zealand, when required for merchandising initiatives.
