As Assistant Brand Manager, you'll support all initiatives, and take responsibility for a Portfolio of your own to enhance your career prospects and your job satisfaction.
**About the role**
You will be a contributing member of the Marketing Brand team and will support the planning and execution of brand strategies including new product launches, media, activations, insights and portfolio management across the broader marketing portfolio.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Assist in development of brand strategy & marketing initiatives.
- Assist in development and execution of NPD through consumer, commercial and industry understanding.
- Support execution of brand campaigns across all consumer & customer touchpoints
- Working with agency partners in developing brand campaigns & trade marketing materials
- Reviewing consumer insights & customer scan data
- Tracking of our own and competitor activity
- Contributing to digital & social media campaigns
- Collaboration with sales team on preparing customer presentations & initiatives.
- Cross functional involvement
- Portfolio review
**About you**
- You are Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
- You have a good 2 years of Marketing / Brand experience
- You care about the people you work with
- You communicate with clarity & conviction
- You contribute to growth initiatives with the right mix of **passion and discipline**:

- You are organised, work with pace and deliver to schedule
