Australian owned Organisation who are based in North Sydney are looking for a Bid Coordinator to join the team on a 3 month contract. Competitive salary for a role of this level

**Your new role**
The Bid Coordinator will coordinate and produce the bid or proposal response document.
Responsibilities include the introduction and implementation of all necessary document version
control procedures and processes. This role requires forensic levels of attention to detail and an
ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines.
Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Production and delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within
- customer defined timeframes
- working on Multiple bids at a time.
- Coordinate proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery
- Assist in the tender response process
- Setting up Bid templates
- Keeping documents linked to tender documents
- Champion document management and change control best practices
- Ensure proposal documents follow standard formatting and quality standards
- Provide advice on flow, language, and grammar to content owners
- Consolidate sections and / or documents developed by other team members into the
- required tender format
- Maintain and make available master document sets
- Ensure consistent branding for all company specific documents
- Always be on the lookout to improve the way we work, and speak up with suggestions for a better way, with the aim of exceeding our customers’ expectations.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You should have experience in working in a Bid Environment, having assisted in Tender assessments for the Bid.

You should be proficient in Microsoft word, Collaborate with your team, Trustworthy and ready to work.

This is a short role so it will be a high volume and fast paces desk.
