**The Role**:
The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that business processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with strategic goals. This role requires a hands-on leader with exceptional customer service, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To provide excellent customer experiences by engaging with customers.
- Addressing customer concerns by displaying actively listening, empathy, being patient & professional
- Lead and manage daily operations across departments to ensure seamless coordination and productivity
- Processing of transactions including authorising customer returns & credits
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost-control initiatives
- Work closely with department heads to support cross-functional collaboration
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Oversee supply chain, logistics, or service delivery processes
- Recruit, train, and develop operations staff

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an operations management role (5+ years preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
