**Your Next Opportunity**
Reporting to the National Manager Training, you’ll form part of a passionate, energetic and skilled coaching team. Working on the road visiting new and existing Soul Origin stores, you’ll travel interstate on a regular / fortnightly basis to partner with our Franchise Partners and their back of house (BOH) teams to achieve product consistency and deliver excellence in BOH operations by:
- Overseeing BOH operations and team members whilst supporting franchisees when a new store opens or changes ownership
- Coordinating the BOH set-up for new stores and their storerooms including washing and setting up of all equipment (fryers, toasters etc.) and dry / wet goods
- Providing training to new Franchise Partners and their team members how to prepare food and menu items in line with make-guides
- Creating basic training content for small groups to achieve BOH excellence
- Holding training sessions for small groups on all areas of BOH operations with a focus on food safety and consistency
- Facilitating on-boarding, refresher and ad-hoc training for franchise partners and their teams
- Building strong, supportive relationships with key stakeholders
**Required Skills and Experience**
- Intermediate knowledge of BOH operations gained from within either the Hospitality or QSR environment.
- A passion for food with the ability to engage & influence people in training.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver constructive feedback and training content to positively influence and inspire others.
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced and sometimes demanding environment.
- Flexibility to travel interstate regularly.
- Unrestricted driver’s license, with access to a reliable car
- Flexibility to work after hours and weekends as required.
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or willing to obtain the FSSC if you are successful in receiving the role.
- Intermediate Microsoft skills, including PowerPoint

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
