**RTO Quality & Compliance Coordinator** - Vet Carpentry Trainner
Permanent, part time or full-time position with free onsite parking.

The Australian Academy of Hospitality and Management, a well-established registered RTO, located at a premium address within the lively Petersham, is actively searching for an accomplished VET Quality Assurance Specialist with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude to join our dynamic and friendly team. AAHM proudly offers an extensive range of 11 qualifications including ELICOS in disciplines such as Leadership and Management, Marketing and Communication, with a distinct focus on Hospitality Management and Kitchen Management courses. Our core objective is to provide students, especially those from international backgrounds, an exceptional educational experience.
About the Role
We are looking for a Carpentry Trainer and Assessor to support our growing faculty by delivering both classroom and practical face-to-face training to an international cohort for the following qualifications:
- CPC30220 - Certificate III in Carpentry
- CPC50220 - Diploma of Building and Construction (Building)
**Essential**:
- **What you will bring experience in**:
- CPC30220 - Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent)
- CPC50220 - Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) (or equivalent)
- TAE40122 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher)
- Recent experience teaching in the vocational education and training (VET) sector
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Current industry experience
- Demonstrated high degree of initiative and self-management in a high-performing, outcome-focused and principles-based environment
- Demonstrated understanding of RTO operational and legislative requirements
- A current National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain one
- A current drivers license.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Inspiring supervisory & coaching skills
- Compliance with all funded contracts and other Industry, regulated bodies where applicable
- Administration of Training & Assessment Strategies
- Administration of Trainer/Assessor Requirements
- ASQA Requirements and processes
- Validation processes
- Auditing scheduling and processes
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Subcontract, Casual
Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
