What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing day-to-day office operations (emails, calls, correspondence)
  • Keeping records, databases, and filing systems up to date
  • Assisting with payroll, invoicing, and accounts
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
  • Supporting WHS and compliance documentation
  • Taking care of general admin and ad-hoc tasks

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager
  • Construction Industry Background
  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills
  • Confident with Microsoft Office + accounting software (Xero, MYOB or similar)
  • Great communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Able to work independently and manage priorities
