Graduate Campaigns, Admin and Allied Health Roles

Full time role - WFH/hybrid role from any of our locations.

Are you passionate about connecting top talent with rewarding career opportunities? We are seeking a talented and driven Talent Recruitment Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our graduate recruitment campaigns as well as recruiting for administrative and allied health positions.

**About Us**:
Concentric Health Group is operated by allied health professionals and is one of Australia’s largest and fastest-growing aged care and disability allied healthcare providers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance.
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs, campus events, and other recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and other relevant organisations.
- Support the recruitment efforts for administrative and allied health roles, ensuring a seamless hiring process.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally you will have already gained some experience in either an internal or agency environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic recruitment landscape.
- Proficiency in using software.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
