Perth, Australia Hope Community Service Full time

**Join a Team Making a Real Impact in Your Community**

At HOPE, we’re on a mission to support those in need, and we want you to be a part of that journey. We’re looking for a Talent Partner who’s passionate about shaping a positive and inclusive workplace, driving recruitment, and helping us build a team that makes a difference every day.

**Why You’ll Love Working With Us**:

- A Career with Purpose: Be part of a community-focused team that celebrates your wins and supports you through challenges.
- Flexibility: Full-time role (76 hours per fortnight) in Perth, with flexible working arrangements—because we value your work-life balance.
- Health & Wellness Perks: Enjoy discounts with a major health insurance provider and access to confidential professional counselling services for you and your family.
- Monday to Friday Schedule: Enjoy a consistent work week with weekends free.

**About the Role**:
HOPE has been making a difference in Western Australia for over 120 years, providing vital support in areas like alcohol and drug services, mental health, family violence, and more. As a Talent Partner, you’ll play a key role in attracting and retaining top talent who share our mission and values.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- End-to-End Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the entire recruitment process—from job posting to successful onboarding. Work closely with hiring managers to develop and execute strategies that attract top talent.
- Workforce Planning & Recruitment Strategy: Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future workforce needs, role requirements, and recruitment/retention challenges. Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and help shape workforce planning strategies to meet organisational goals.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Support the development of recruitment strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Work with community organisations, universities, and other networks to ensure underrepresented talent is reached.
- Learning & Capability Building: Identify skills gaps and collaborate with managers and P&C to provide support in the development of talent through learning and training initiatives.
- Building Relationships: Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and challenges. Provide insights and guidance to improve recruitment processes and team performance.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- HR Knowledge: Solid understanding of current recruitment practices, trends, and emerging strategies.
- Inclusive Mindset: A commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment that aligns with HOPE’s mission and values.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience in community services or similar sectors.
- Further experience in People & Culture or talent management roles.

**Additional Information**:
**Our Culture**:
At HOPE, we believe in creating a safe and inclusive workplace where everyone is valued. We prioritise the health, safety, and unique needs of our team. Our goal is to be an employer of choice by supporting staff growth, learning, innovation, and potential. We invest in developing our people and building a sustainable workforce—growing our own.
