Purpose of Role:
_ _Weir Minerals is excited to engage with an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a 12-month, fixed-term opportunity. You will form a vital role within our talent team and collaborate closely with the wider HR team and the business to support hiring requirements and partner with hiring managers through the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with Hiring Managers and the HR team to understand the needs of the business and become a trusted advisor for the delivery of recruitment services (business intimacy and solution focused).- Advertise requisitions as required across relevant platforms.- Utilize the available recruitment tools for the proactive identification of top talent.-
- Complete the recruitment process within the system and liaise with the wider HR team to ensure system requirements are met.-
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- At least three years’ experience within a talent acquisition role (preferably within a closely aligned industry to manufacturing).- Exceptional verbal communication skills and open communication style.- Confidence in the use of Microsoft Office suite, advertising platforms.- Experience in the use of Workday is desirable, but not required.- Commitment to working closely within a supportive talent acquisition team.
