- Have a passion for helping a business grow through your direct efforts
- Have the ability to drive adoption through deep engagement and understanding of our customers’ needs, branch and key sales staff, systems, and business processes
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the correct items and information displays, help implement promotions and brand messaging
- Participate in customer visits, feature launch events, in-store activities, training webinars, and retrospectives to constantly track our ROI and future focus
- Have the skills to be able to troubleshoot issues that both customers and staff

- Someone experienced with Jira, Confluence and key analytical tools such as Lucky Orange, UXCAM, Google Analytics (GA4)
- Familiar with Scaled Agile methodology
- Willingness to to work across 3 time zones - New Zealand, Australia and India
- Previous experience as a Product Owner.
- As a cherry-on-top, we’d be thrilled if you had a great sense of humour
