- We're looking for a proactive HR professional, keen on enhancing employee experience, driving business growth, and fostering talent development and engagement.- We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team based in Banyo. Reporting to the National People and Performance Manager, you will work closely with an experienced and diverse team comprised of Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, HR Business Partners and administrators.**The role includes;**
- Providing insightful HR coaching and strategic support
- Managing ER matters effectively
- Elevating the employee experience and promoting our EVP
- Overseeing performance and talent processes across the business
- Participating in HR change projects to drive business improvement
- Approaching decision-making with a commercial mindset, identifying business enhancement opportunities

**What you will bring
- You’re an HR professional with an amazing service ethic, committed to fostering a positive culture - the ‘how’ you go about partnering with the business.
- You have strong attention to detail, can prioritise volume and are highly motivated - we service very busy teams
- You’re comfortable regularly problem solving and can operate independently, essential for success in this role.
- You’re passionate about business growth have proven experience driving employee engagement and development.
- With qualifications in HR or a related field or equivalent in experience, you're adept at managing ER and comfortable dealing with Enterprise Agreements.
- Are a whizz with people reporting and analytics.
