**About the Role**
Uniting is seeking an experienced Metro Business Lead to work at Uniting in Parramatta, NSW, on a full time permanent basis. As a Metro Business Lead you will play a key part in Uniting Aged Care team (Residential and Home & Community Care).
This is a management role within the Seniors Health Care team and is responsible for leading the local implementation of business stream initiatives and providing specialist advice around funding, operational management and business improvement practices.
This role is focused on the provision of coaching, advice and support to build capability and capacity within the local operational team, specializing in funding, rostering practices, capital expenditure, hotel services and contract management.
**As Metro Business Lead your role will**:
- In collaboration with the wider Seniors Health Care team you will lead and facilitate local implementation of stream wide quality management strategies, initiatives and plans;
- Work to enable Service and Area Managers to implement effective quality improvement activities;
- Lead the provision of specialist funding advice at the local level;
- Work in support of other Uniting functions and teams to foster coordination across the organisation, avoiding duplication, standardizing on efficient processes and delivering continuous improvement;
- Manage delivery of specific projects within the Business Plans.
**Your experience ticks the following boxes**:
- Tertiary qualifications in business, management or a health care related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ working at management level in the health and/or aged care sector
- Significant experience in leading and influencing people through change
- A demonstrated ability to implement business improvement strategies with measurable outcomes
