**TBS Workforce** are looking for experienced
**Blasthole Drillers, Shotfirers and MPU Operators **for a
**proposed package of works with our clients in WA's Pilbara region.**

**Proposed rates (based on experience)**

Blasthole driller - up to $70ph

Shotfirer - up to $65ph

MPU Operator - up to $65ph

**Skills and Experience**

**Blasthole Driller**
- Min 12 months experience operating - Hammer and/or rotary drills
- Current National Police Clearance (within 3 months)
- High regard and a commitment to achieving a ZERO Harm culture
- Mechanical aptitude desirable
- Great communication skills

**Shotfirer**
- Shotfiring experience essential, min 12 months in that role
- Digishot experience (essential)
- Proven ability to lead teams
- Current WA Shotfirers licence
- HR Drivers Licence (desirable)
- Current National Police Clearance (within 3 months)
- Current Dangerous Goods Security Card
- High regard and a commitment to achieving a ZERO Harm culture
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Great communication skill

**MPU Operator**
- Minimum 12 months experience
- Operate MPU safely and with high regard to quality
- HR Drivers Licence
- Current Dangerous Goods Security Card
- Current Dangerous Goods Drivers License
- High Risk Forklift Ticket
- High regard and a commitment to achieving a ZERO Harm culture
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Great communication skills
