We are seeking a purpose-led, proactive professional to lead Reece Groups’ first triage of People Service’s management services.

The People Services Team Lead reports to Workplace Relations Lead within Reece Group’s People Experience division. The People Services Team Lead is responsible for the overall management of the People Services queue management and the improvement of service delivery.
**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Workplace Relations Lead, this role is responsible for leading a team of three (3) Advisors to build and maintain a team culture of collaboration and the provision of service excellence to our People Experience customers across the full operating mode
Identifying and deploying continuous improvement initiatives across the full operating model is central to this position, in order to add further services that enhance the employee experience for Reece Group people.
**Responsibilities include (and are not limited to)**:
- Supporting day to day case management of People Services queries, spanning HRIS, Employee Relations and Health and Wellbeing support
- Ensuring that case management of matters are completed and recorded within Service Level Agreements
- Ensuring the delivery of cyclic activity that supports People Experience functions
- Contributing to developing and maintaining tools to improve self-service queries and improve access for the wider business
- Keeping abreast of internal policy and external legislation / trends/cases
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities
- Collaborating with Business Leads and People Partners in policy and process execution
- Fostering a collaborative working environment across all service delivery and effectiveness teams
- Driving data integrity of employee information in HRIS and case management systems
- Delivering key customer requirements and process / system changes where required
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with key People Services customers and external bodies.
**About you**:
- 3+ years experience in HR, preferred experience in managing teams and operating in a shared service environment
- Tertiary qualifications in HR and/or significant relevant experience
- Proven ability to role model our Values, plan for the future of our business and lead and develop our people by:
- Taking action, making decisions and shaping team or group priorities to the Reece’ vision and values
- Collecting information to better understand issues, problems and opportunities
- Suggesting resources and providing assistance or coaching as neede
- Setting and delivering high standards by establishing and utilising work processes to achieve a high level of quality, productivity or service
- Strong skills in building collaborative relationships
- Experience in leveraging insights and technology to inform decisions that improve the current state of the business
