**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Programs Officer - Jobs Connect & Alumni is responsible for supporting the delivery of a comprehensive Jobs Connect service and Alumni engagement strategy as part of a state-wide network for all students, including the provision of information, guidance, advice and specialised support across multiple channels to prepare students for related employment opportunities.
You have impeccable communication skills, are analytical, organised and a natural problem solver.
You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your team and taking initiative.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Certificate IV in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- Experience in planning and facilitating sessions and other activities.
- Knowledge of building and maintaining communities through activities, events and digital channels.
- Willingness and ability to travel as per business requirements.
- Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.

**WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE**
This position offers a base salary range of $70,254 - $77,546 p.a plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

**Targeted Question 2**: A key focus of this role is ensuring that students are well equipped to gain successful employment outcomes across a range of industries. How do you ensure you keep up to date with changes in recruitment practices across different industries? Describe an example of how you have incorporated your knowledge of industry changes to refine your approach to job support.

The recruitment process will include a range of comparative assessments and role-based skills tests. All interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
