**How will I help?**

As a Regional General Manager with us you have a chance to make a real impact Through leading and shaping our Business Banking team across Victoria for Westpac Group, you'll live and breathe our purpose of creating better futures together. With a strategic lens you'll drive deep and meaningful customer and community relationships across Small and Medium Enterprises (for us, that's customers with business lending requirements up to 1m) not only giving them a great experience but also leading a service revolution through innovation, productivity and efficiency.

**What do I need?**

We're looking for a seasoned business banker with experience in sales leadership and coaching. You'll be commercially focussed and risk astute, bringing a good understanding of the financial services market and a deep knowledge of business credit.

A natural people-person, your experience, commercial acumen and impressive track record in leading Sales teams to drive business performance and living a customer centric culture will make you a stand out
