Are you passionate about ensuring high-quality standards in the Aged Care and NDIS sectors? We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our client’s team as a Quality Officer.

**About The Role**

In collaboration with sector managers, the position is responsible for identifying and developing Aged Care standards, NDIS standards, and ISO9001-compliant quality, risk and clinical governance policies and related procedures which meet individual funding body standards.

You will be responsible for coordinating internal and external auditing processes, including annual Audits, ISO:9001 accreditation, and audits by the Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission. Your keen eye for detail will be essential as you manage the Continuous Improvement Register and coordinate Improvement forms. Additionally, you will oversee system and process improvement activities and maintain a master documentation register.

Collaboration is key, and you will facilitate monthly quality meetings with the leadership team. Developing a Quality & Risk Management Register, framework, and review system will be essential in driving continuous improvement. You will also establish and manage strategies to report to the Quality, Risk, and Management Committee (QRMC) to ensure timely completion and approval of relevant documents.

**About You**
- Diploma of Quality Auditing or other relevant qualification
- Previous experience in a quality or auditor role, including experience in monitoring and administering Quality Assurance in the workplace
- An understanding of Quality Management Systems, auditing processes and compliance requirements
- Ability to collect and analyse data to identify trends and detect problems and critical issues
- Proven experience in the effective development and implementation of Quality, Risk Compliance and business-related procedures
- Proven skills in research and policy analysis
- Ability to analyse data from a range of sources to develop and maintain currency of appropriate quality and risk management procedures.
- Experience in the Aged Care Industry and understanding of the Aged Care Standards
- In-depth knowledge of major sector funder requirements including (DVA - Community and Clinical, NDIS, QCSS, CHSP, Home Care Packages and PHN, Providers)
- Experience in maintaining Aged Care, NDSI or ISO 9001 accreditation.
