**About the opportunity**
Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, you will be a part of a team of 10 who process end to end payroll on a fortnightly basis for 5,200 employees across an allocated unit of the business. In this role you will:

- Ensure employees are paid accurately per the relevant agreement/award and on time
- Administration of rejected wages and superannuation rejected payments including re-transmission and log administration
- Support leaders within the organisation on timesheets and absence management
- Keep up to date with relevant award and legislation changes and updates
- Action zendesk enquires in a timely and professional manner.

This is a permanent, full time position. You'll work mostly from home and occasionally from our Box Hill offices.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience processing end-to end payroll for a large organisation. It is desirable if this experience was within a not for profit business
- Intermediate knowledge of time and attendance systems (RITEQ and/or Humanforce) and ADP Payforce
- A professional, customer centric approach and is a team player
