This is a great opportunity for a career start where you will learn all facets of payroll under the guidance of the Payroll Manager.

**About the role**:
We process weekly payrolls for up to approx 1700 staff. In this role you will support and service the payroll office with:

- Responding to payroll queries in a timely manner
- Maintaining payroll records in a confidential matter
- Set up new employees
- Providing reports to key stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis
- Employee file maintenance

**About you**:

- Administration experience experience is preferred including knowledge using microsoft products
- A eye for the details
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Approachable, and adaptable
- Customer service focus
- Understanding of working to deadlines
- Demonstrated understanding of the importance of privacy and confidentiality
- Sound technical skills
