**About the role**:
As SAP Functional Manager, you’ll oversee a team of Business Analysts, Functional Analysts, and Test Analysts responsible for the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP systems and enhancements. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, internal tech teams, and external vendors to ensure SAP solutions are fit for purpose, scalable, and future-ready.

This role is critical in ensuring our SAP strategy supports the business strategy—whether that’s through solution design, systems architecture, or delivery of transformational projects across SAP S/4HANA and related platforms.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts to deliver best-in-class SAP solutions.
- Translate business strategy into SAP architecture and roadmap decisions.
- Provide thought leadership on SAP innovation, functionality and optimisation opportunities.

Solution Design & Delivery
- Lead the evaluation, design and implementation of SAP solutions across key business functions.
- Drive governance processes for architecture assurance and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Monitor SAP portfolio performance and lead decision-making around upgrades, renewals, and lifecycle planning.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary interface between IT and business stakeholders across all departments.
- Partner with PMO and other delivery teams to ensure SAP solutions are delivered on time, on budget and to specification.
- Liaise with vendors and consulting partners to deliver support and project outcomes.

**This is a hybrid role based from our Chadstone Support Office in Victoria.**

**About you**:
You’re a strong communicator and strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. You have deep SAP expertise and the ability to translate complex needs into practical, scalable solutions.
- What you’ll bring:

- 10+ years in SAP Functional Manager roles, with 3+ years working with SAP S/4HANA.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-scale SAP solutions.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis, systems development and solution architecture.
- Experience in agile delivery environments, with a good understanding of product management and enterprise governance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Bonus if you have:

- Degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Certifications in Agile, ITIL or SAP.
