**Your opportunity**
The Marketing Executive will be instrumental in supporting the Retail Partnerships team in delivering the fundamentals of retailer support via the Westfield ecosystem.
Your assistance will contribute maximising opportunities through proactive interaction with our retail partners to drive performance across our environments and support in delivering a consistent and professional communications cadence with retail partners to ensure they gain value from our digital and physical environments. Support the team in communicating key retailer insights and opportunities with internal stakeholders to aid in driving a positive outcome for our retail partners.
- Connect and inform retailers of marketing opportunities/entitlements across the Westfield ecosystem, including collating & distributing quarterly marketing support packs.
- Attend retailer meetings, capturing notes and sharing any insights & important next steps internally.
- Implementing and amplifying retailer campaigns across Westfield digital channels Supporting strategic objectives of retailers and centre teams.
- Lead the VM Field Team to roll out efficiencies across the portfolio.
- Lead workflow briefs (i.e. Smart Screens) and end to end management.
- Own the Retail Partnerships CRM database and ensure the content is always up to date.
- Own and maintain the Retail Partnerships public SharePoint page to ensure all documents are up to date.
**What sets you apart from the rest?**
- Marketing degree preferable
- 2+ years’ experience in the field of marketing
- Stakeholder management
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- IT literate with experience in Microsoft Office - and SharePoint preferable
- Attention to detail.
