**About the role**:
Reporting to the B2B Pricing Manager, a fantastic opportunity has become available for a Pricing Operations Team Lead to deliver effective price implementation. The role is a support to the B2B Pricing Manager to ensure that the pricing operation functions are delivering effectively for the entire customer portfolio (bulk fuels, lubricants and card) for all stakeholders.

You will also lead a team of 8 people and drive continuous process and system improvements across the pricing platforms delivering margin uplift through accurate and responsive customer pricing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee day to day pricing operations (pricing activities, issues and resolution)
- Foster continuous improvement in developing better processes and systems
- Develop cross training and education within Pricing operations teams
- Work collaboratively and Business Partner to the Bulk fuels, Retail and Corporate business unit

**About you**:
You have the ability to work at a high analytical, commercial and operational capability striving to achieve business excellence within our B2B pricing team. Your passion for planning and processes make you excel at identifying and mitigating risks.

Being solution focused, a dynamic leader and ensuring strong stakeholder management and engagement will be foremost in your professional attributes.

You bring a personal commitment to building ongoing team capability development with a strong focus on continuous improvement initiatives. Your diverse communication skills combined with your understanding of high level commercial and operational environments enable you to thrive in this position and achieve positive business outcomes.

**Key skills and experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance or related discipline
- Previous experience in Pricing Operations within fuel industry is preferred or accounting/finance background
- Strong people leadership skills
- Continuous improvement focus and mindset
- High attention to detail
- Strong effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Excel and SAP
