**About the role**:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pricing Operations Technical Specialist to join our B2B team. You will provide practical and value-add pricing advice reflecting both the market and Ampol’s customer value proposition.

You will oversee all Pricing Operations projects and business improvement initiatives together with managing customer information in SAP.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly pricing

**Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Maintenance of existing Pricing systems and investigation of pricing errors
- Execution of Various Price and discount structures within our systems and B2B Pricing Operations team models, as determined by Senior B2B Pricing Analysts
- Work with the B2B Pricing team to ensure we minimise margin leakage by reviewing our current processes and building exception reports
- Derive and execute in billing systems the daily/weekly/monthly TGP, ARP, MOPS prices
- Be Responsible for maintaining accurate and timely B2B pricing, impacting sales volume of approx. 7BL including transfer pricing and customer focus needs driven by B2B Sales team

**About you**:
You have at least two years proven experience in a similar role. You are a SAP superuser with extensive knowledge and experience in MS Excel. Combined with your Commercial mindset and technical and analytical pricing experience will help you thrive in this role.

You will demonstrate the ability to support the end-to-end customer delivery of product pricing to our B2B Sales and Business Development team.

**Key skills and experience**:

- Tertiary Qualifications in Finance, Accounting, I.T or related industry equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong pricing analytical & operations experience
- Exposure to managing large data sets and projects is an advantage
- Strong computer literacy skills; SAP and advanced Excel skills is a pre-requisite
- Ability to work autonomously
- High attention to detail
- Good time management and prioritising skills
- ‘Can do’ attitude
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder relationship skills, assist with facilitating favourable commercial outcomes
