**THE ROLE**

We are currently looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our established Property Management Team, you will be a part of a dynamic team and outstanding culture, working alongside a team of some of the best in the industry who have been with Coronis for over 10 years. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will receive on-the-job training and be mentored by one of our Best Team Leaders to ensure you succeed and your future in real estate is bright.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Assist in entries, exits, and rental opens.
- Help with routine property maintenance tasks.

Additionally, you'll learn essential administrative tasks such as:

- Communicate with tenants regarding leases and payments.
- Invoicing tenants and processing payments.
- Assisting with lease agreement management.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Successfully completed Queensland Real Estate Registration.
- Experience is not necessary.
- Own a reliable car and have a current driver’s license.
- A self-starting attitude and be an ambitious team player.
