**Remuneration Specialist**

We are looking for an experienced Remuneration and Benefits Specialist to assist our client and to support them by providing specialist advice and day to day management of their remuneration and benefits policy and frameworks.

In this key role, you will be reporting to the Head of People and Capability at this reputable, large and complex organisation.

You'll be starting on a contract basis for an initial period of 6 months, so if you are finishing a contract soon or available immediately, with the necessary experience, it might just put at the top of the short list

**The focus areas of this role **covers the following;
- Remuneration strategy - leading development, implementation and compliance
- Salary review
- Classification panel and process
- Performance rewards and incentive plans
- Market analysis and benchmarking
- Employee benefits and value propositions
- People management and development
- Adhoc project work, as required

**Experience required for this role;**
- Degree qualification in Human Resources, Finance or similar discipline
- Extensive experience in a large, complex and diverse organisation withing the Remuneration and Benefits function
- Experience implementing total reward management
- Project management experience
- Advanced written and verbal communications skills including documenting work policy, process and guidelines
- Excellent exposure and experience in systems and analysing data
