We’re looking for a passionate and strategic **Talent Acquisition Partner** to join Ramsay Health Care and lead recruitment across our growing Western Australian hospitals and services. This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark as a** WA-based TA Partner**, working closely with local leaders while being backed by a supportive national team.

**What You’ll Do**

- Partner with managers across our WA sites to understand workforce needs and deliver smart, tailored recruitment solutions.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical roles, including hard-to-fill specialties.
- Build and nurture strong local relationships - becoming the go-to advisor on all things talent.
- Drive proactive sourcing and targeted strategies to find the best people in the market.
- Collaborate with our national Talent team to share ideas, insights, and contribute to our growing employer brand.

**What You’ll Bring**

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter, ideally within healthcare or a related sector.
- A track record of success recruiting for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Confidence and initiative to work autonomously, while still being a collaborative team player.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills - you know how to engage, influence and get buy-in from stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen and time management skills.
- A genuine passion for people and the healthcare industry.
