About the role

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the further expansion of Early Start Australia through the leadership of a national, multi-disciplinary team of more than 600 practitioners, support personnel and managers. You will foster a values-led culture of clinical excellence, placing the client and employee experience at the heart of our growth strategy. To enable the continued provision of exceptional services, you will play a pivotable role in driving business excellence, implementing new initiatives and developing your team.

Working in a House of Brands model, as part of the APM Group, you will also benefit from a peer group of senior leaders across a number of leading Allied Health business within Australia and New Zealand.

To be successful in this role

You are a senior leader with a proven history of achieving outstanding business outcomes within the Health sector, having led (commercial) businesses through sustained high performance and growth across financial, operational, customer and employee metrics. Key selection criteria include:
Tertiary qualifications in Management or Allied Health

Demonstrated success in operational management within the Health industry

Exceptional leadership capability with a proven record of achieving outcomes through attraction, engagement and retention of teams

Strong business and commercial acumen
