The opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Clinical Services will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across clinical areas, driving innovation and ensuring high standards of patient care.

  • Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality care
  • Oversee clinical governance, risk management and accreditation
  • Partner with medical specialists, staff and the community to strengthen services
  • Drive operational efficiency while supporting continuous improvement initiatives

About you

You are an experienced health care leader with strong clinical and commercial acumen, ready to take on a senior executive role.

  • Proven leadership in hospital or health service management
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance, workforce planning and risk management
  • Skilled in building relationships with clinicians, staff, and stakeholders
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, with postgraduate or Masters desirable
